The Akron Children’s Museum invites you to take part in a very special evening benefit. We are proud to announce our 7th Annual Grown Up Play Date: Vegas, Baby! An upscale fundraiser “Where Akron Comes to Play'' Las Vegas style.
For one night, the Akron Children’s Museum (ACM) will transform into Las Vegas, Baby! Experience Las Vegas in Akron, Ohio and walk The Strip with nearly 300 guests for an evening with exceptional food, dancing, live entertainment, casino games and FUN! With its engaging theme, premier auction, and countless surprises, the Grown Up Play Date is a highly anticipated yearly favorite of ACM’s expanding community of supporters, and a pivotal element in our nonprofit organization’s financial progress.
With all the opportunities to participate with the Akron Children’s Museum Grown Up Play Date, you can’t go wrong! Whether you would like to become a partnering sponsor, participate in donating an auction item, gain non-profit volunteer hours or be a part of our “High Roller” VIP guest list where you can throw some dice and test your luck early, we have everything you need below to get involved!
Sponsorship Opportunities
Your sponsorship would be a tremendous gift to the museum as it proudly supports our All Access Kids’ Fund and Museums For All Fund. With your financial support for these programs, we are able to provide children with lifelong learning experiences through fresh new exhibits, over 110 educational programs annually, and execute our Mobile Museum, which has reached over 1,500 children in the past year! In addition, we were able to sponsor over 800 vouchers for free admission to the museum in the last year to those in need.
