Akron Children's Museum is not just a destination; it's a dynamic learning environment where children can learn the way they know best– through PLAY!

Pricing for Field Trips and Group Visits.

Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, the museum is open to the public and can accommodate group visits from 10 am to 1 pm for up to 50 guests (including adults and children).
- The cost is $6 per person.
- Minimum group size is 12.
Mondays and Tuesdays the museum is closed to the public and offers a 2-hour private field trip experience.
- Minimum fee of $350, which includes admission for up to 50 guests.
- The cost for each additional guest is $7 per person.

*Dates are available on a first-come, first-served basis and require a $50 non-refundable deposit to hold the date and time. Your deposit will be applied toward the total admission cost, with the remaining balance due at the time of your visit.

Discovery Add-On

Add on a hands-on Discovery Workshop. Enhance your field trip or outreach experience with a hands-on activity led by ACM staff, starting at just $4 per student. All workshops are specifically designed to support Ohio’s Learning Standards in science, math, literacy and social studies.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 14 days in advance of your visit to receive a refund of any deposit paid. If you need to cancel, please email coordinator [at] akronkids.org. Every effort will be made to reschedule groups, subject to availability.

Akron Children's Museum is located at 216 S. Main Street, Akron Ohio 44308.
You can access the museum via our doors inside Lock 3 Park
Visitors may park their cars inside the O'Neil Parking Garage, located at 51 State Street.
- Once you park, take the elevators down to level B, and follow the signs into the museum.
If arriving by bus, please visit https://www.downtownakron.com/getting-around/parking for nearby parking lots.
