Ready, Set, Go!
The “Ready, Set, Go!” exhibit at the Akron Children’s Museum invites children to explore concepts of proportion, weight, size, and the laws of motion through hands-on play. Kids can unleash their creativity by designing and constructing their own cars using wheels, rods, and axles. Once their creations are ready, they can race them down the track and use a timer to record their speeds. This engaging experience encourages children to refine their designs and see if they can improve their initial race times, fostering both learning and fun.
