Ryan is an Innovation Marketing Manager for The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. He received his Bachelors of Arts from The College of Wooster, majoring in physics and earning academic all-American honors playing football. After earning his Ph.D. in Polymer Science from the University of Akron, Ryan worked as an open innovation Program Manager for NineSigma, advising Global 500 clients in industries ranging from consumer packaged goods to oil & gas. Throughout his academic & professional career, Ryan has initiated and led science-based community outreach programs. Most recently, Ryan co-chaired Goodyear’s Engineering Career Day, which hosted over 450 students from over 80 schools.
