Sarah Dave is a purpose-driven leader who brings heart, strategy, and operational excellence to everything she touches—including the Akron Children’s Museum. As the Vice President of Partner Experience and Operations at Parisleaf, a brand agency for mission-driven organizations, Sarah leads cross-functional teams to deliver impactful work with clarity, care, and consistency. She’s known for building strong systems, smoothing out operational kinks, and aligning people around big-picture goals—without losing sight of the human side of every equation.

With over a decade of experience in organizational leadership, Sarah has helped numerous teams scale with soul. Her specialties include strategic planning, project operations, people management, and process improvement—all grounded in a belief that strong internal culture fuels external impact.

Sarah is also a mom of two energetic, curious kids who love spending time at the Akron Children’s Museum (especially the water table and Ready, Set, Go car ramps). She joined the board not only to give back to a place that brings her family so much joy, but also to support the museum’s mission to spark imagination, exploration, and lifelong learning in all children.

When she’s not transforming partner experiences or chasing down a brilliant new spreadsheet, you’ll find Sarah planning epic family adventures, volunteering with local nonprofits, or reading voraciously.
