Stephanie began her career after law school with FirstEnergy. She started in the Corporate department primarily supporting the board of directors and working on corporate governance matters. She later moved to the Treasury department where she worked on multi-billion-dollar financial markets offerings and compliance. She currently serves as Corporate Counsel in the Legal department mainly focusing on corporate financings.
Through College Now of Greater Cleveland, Stephanie mentors underprivileged or first-generation college students in obtaining their college degrees and even going on to graduate school. Additionally, Stephanie is a member of various EBRG groups at FirstEnergy including Women in Leadership and Family Network. She is a mentor in the FirstEnergy mentoring program and is also a Culture Champion.
Stephanie attended the College of Wooster where she majored in Philosophy; Thomas M. Cooley for her J.D. and the University of Akron for her M.B.A.
Stephanie resides in Medina, Ohio with her husband and two sons. While not working or volunteering, she can be found at the baseball field, football field or basketball court cheering on her sons.
