Step into our enchanting Music Garden, where nature and music come together in perfect harmony! Located outside to the right of the museum, this one-of-a-kind outdoor exhibit transforms learning into an interactive musical adventure for children of all ages.
The Music Garden serves as an open-air classroom where children naturally discover fundamental musical concepts through hands-on exploration. Young musicians can experiment with rhythm, melody, and harmony while developing:
- Musical literacy through interactive sound exploration
- Fine and gross motor skills as they strike, pluck, and manipulate various instruments
- Math and science concepts by discovering patterns, counting beats, and understanding cause-and-effect relationships
- Social skills through collaborative music-making and turn-taking
- Creativity and self-expression in a judgment-free environment
Our Music Garden is made possible by the Burton D. Morgan Foundation. Located outside, to the right of the museum.
